You will find a welcoming community filled with good people trying to grow in their relationship with God and live out their beliefs in a faithful manner. We have activities for people of all ages as well as for those with varying degrees of experience in church. We Invite You!
To Worship
The most important thing Christian people
do is to gather each Sunday to worship God. We invite you to help us
worship our great, loving God and our Savior Jesus Christ.
The first and third Sundays of the month,
we gather around the Lord's Table and are fed with the bread of life.
In worship, our faith is also strengthened
and we are empowered to follow the way of Christ during the rest of the week.
To Learn and Grow
There are Sunday School classes for ages
three through adult from September through May. We also have coffee
fellowship each Sunday at 9:00am.
Other ways our members learn and grow
include:
- Vacation Bible School for ages four
through grades six each summer.
- Confirmation classes every Wednesday at
6:30 pm for grades 6-9 September through May.
- Weekly, b-weekly, and monthly Bible Study
for men and women.
- Special adult learning opportunities
throughout the year.
- Classes on parenting.
- Classes on joining the Lutheran Church.
- Free quarterly Home Devotion Guides.
- Newsletter from the church each month
informing of needs and opportunities.
To Join Us
Everyone is welcome, regardless of race or
creed.
Everyone who is baptized and believes that
Jesus Christ is truly present in the sacrament of communion is welcome to
receive communion even if they are not members of the congregation.
If you have not been baptized and are not
a member of the church, classes are offered at various times to prepare
you. If you are a member of another denomination, classes are offered to
help you understand the history and distinctiveness of the Lutheran
Church. If you are a member of another Lutheran Church, we would be
pleased to help you transfer your membership to Faith Lutheran.
We give instruction to 4th and
5th graders and they are invited to commune after instruction has
been completed.
