Church Usage Policies & Forms
Faith Lutheran Church welcomes you and your organization. Part of our mission is to serve our community. If you would like to use the church facilities you will need to call the church office at 374-2174 or e-mail sld_dewitz@yahoo.com to check availability of the date that you would like to reserve the church. Once the date is confirmed you will need to fill out an "Application for Use" and send it to the church (PO Box 358, Dodge Center, MN 55927) or drop it off at the church (308 2nd Street NW, Dodge Center).
Both Members and Non-members need to review the "Policy for Use" and "Rules for Use" as they contain important information regarding use of the church grounds and equipment along with fees.
An application also needs to be filled out for use of equipment (i.e. tables and chairs). These will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. The padded chairs and the round tables will NOT be loaned out. There is a $100 deposit for use of equipment. After the items have been returned in the same shape that they were loaned and returned on time, then your check will be returned to you.
